Trucktrak is our fully agnostic OEM solution installed on underground trackless mobile machines (TMMs). The TMMs' locations are continuously tracked, and the hardware ensures that the machines' location histories are never lost. The primary goal of this product is to optimise production by enabling better decisions through quality information. Trucktrak provides live underground tracking, production, and telemetry figures on the surface. Its unique design allows installation within any mining method being utilised and is not dependent on extensive wireless networks. Machine-to-Machine data sharing is a key feature that facilitates low latency.

Production and Productivity

A key feature of the system is its ability to collect, offload, and ultimately report on load and haul production metrics. It ensures that quality information reaches the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. The platform includes dashboards, reports, scheduled reports, alerts, and custom insights to accommodate any use case. Production data by loading area, tipping area, section, level, or trackless mobile machine is available at all times. Integration with mine planning and scheduling software improves compliance and shortens the control loop. Additional productivity insights such as cycle times, loading durations, and tipping durations are continuously recorded.

Telemetry and Integration

Trucktrak also collects telemetry data, such as engine hours, generated by the trackless mobile machinery and transmits it to the surface along with tracking data. Additionally, AccuCAN, our proprietary device, enables seamless integration with various onboard sensors and devices, including operator identification, fuel, and strain sensors. This capability allows Trucktrak to push through an extensive range of onboard integration possibilities and data points.
