Pierre Swart

Chief Executive Officer
Pierre has a commercial background with a keen interest in technology. He studied at Stellenbosch University, University of Johannesburg and North West University where he ultimately obtained an MCom Accountancy degree. He has extensive general management experience in the SME sector. He has also been Divisional Managing Director of two large listed groups in South Africa gaining significant exposure to divisional start-ups and turnaround strategies. His experience in various sectors includes mining, FMCG, insurance, automotive and construction.

Mulalo Magadzu

Financial Manager

Mulalo has over 10 years’ experience in commercial finance within the engineering, manufacturing and telecommunication sectors. He holds a BCom Accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) . He is a registered Professional Accountant (SA) with SAIPA as well as a Global Certified Management Accountant (GCMA) with CIMA.

Jaco Grobler

Services Manager

Jaco has over 15 years of experience working in the mining industry. He started his career at Accutrak in 2010 as a Site Manager on a Royal Bafokeng Platinum Mine. He currently oversees service delivery on over 40 mines in Africa with 60+ employees reporting into him.

Nelis Uys

Technical Manager

Nelis graduated from North West University obtaining a BEng in Computer and Electronics. Nelis started his career in Eskom’s Research and Innovation Department. After this stint he pivoted his career towards research and development in the electronic engineering space. Before joining Accutrak, he spent 5 years in the telematics industry where he specialized in real-time embedded system and RF communication development. Nelis oversees the technical team which designs and develops hardware, firmware and software for the various technology products.

Jacques Swart

Business Improvement Manager
Jacques studied in South Africa and Belgium obtaining BEng, MEng and BCompt degrees. He has experience working in the FMCG, energy and mining sectors. Before joining Accutrak he worked for a mining group where he gained business improvement experience on block cave, sub-level cave, open-pit and processing operations.
