Accuchip is our advanced tracking platform, comprising customisable reader stations and tracking tags attached to the assets being monitored. Both the placement of the tags and the configuration of the reader stations can be tailored to meet the specific tracking needs of any mine. Most Accuchip installations are utilised for actively tracking material cars both underground and on the surface in rail-bound mining environments. While mines can pinpoint the exact location of each car, the Accuchip platform also aggregates insights, providing higher-level views such as the number of material cars by type on each level and surface, ensuring that daily planning is grounded in real-time data.

Dispatch and Trip Intelligence

Accuchip timestamps the submersion and surfacing of tagged assets, enabling the reporting platform to display real-time durations for any asset that has been underground. This feature allows for the automatic recording of turnaround times for each underground trip. All data points are continuously logged, providing performance analytics by shift boss, asset, asset type, and levels. Additionally, Accuchip includes a dispatch capability to ensure that the intended recipient and desired destination are recorded before submersion, offering further compliance insights on the reporting platform.
